Project Overview
Shaan needed one partner accountable for the whole event rather than a set of vendors to coordinate. We took on production, crewing, and live execution as a single scope, building the branded structure and staffing it with trained teams briefed on the product story. Our operations leads ran the schedule on the ground, managing setup, peak-hour crowd flow, and teardown against a fixed timeline. That consolidation removed the coordination overhead from the client's side and kept the guest-facing experience consistent through every hour of the activation.
